Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Artwork or design fees associated with time spent working on design work
- Deposits (store credit may be applied at our discretion)
- Payments made more than 30 days prior to the refund request (store credit may be applied at our discretion)
- Electronic devices that do not have manufacturer’s warranty
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (where applicable).
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your return.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected.
If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the information below.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us before sending the product back.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first for return instructions and approval.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
