License, Terms & Conditions
Types of Licenses Available
1. High Resolution Image with Unlimited Prints
This design is licensed for a high resolution flattened (un-layered) image with unlimited prints.
2. Partially Editable High Resolution Image with Unlimited Prints
The design will be licensed for unlimited high resolution prints with a partially editable file (flattened background with editable text). Fonts and stock imagery may be purchased separately at an additional fee.
3. Fully Editable (Source File) High Resolution Image with Unlimited Prints
This design is licensed for a completely unflattened file with unlimited prints. Fonts used in this design can be purchased if necessary at an additional cost.
License Agreement
1. Payment
All invoices are payable within the agreed upon time between parties. The grant of any license or right of copyright is conditioned on receipt of full payment.
2. Default in Payment
The Client shall assume responsibility for all collection costs, unpaid fees, and legal fees resulting from default in payment.
3. Estimates
The fees shown are minimum estimates only unless an hourly fee has been agreed upon. Additional time beyond quoted estimates will be billed accordingly.
4. Changes
The Client understands that additions, alterations, or changes requested outside of the agreed three minor revisions (5–10 minutes) may affect both project cost and delivery timeline.
5. Expenses
If stock photography, artwork, fonts, or additional project materials are required, the Client agrees to reimburse the Designer for all related expenses.
6. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, ownership of all artwork remains with the Designer. Cancellation fees will apply based on work completed and expenses already incurred.
7. Ownership of Artwork
The Designer retains ownership of all original artwork unless a Full License (Source File) has been purchased. Clients are responsible for obtaining licenses for fonts used in commissioned artwork.
8. Releases
The Client agrees to indemnify the Designer against any claims arising from uses that exceed granted permissions or where no written release was obtained.
9. Modifications
Modifications to this agreement must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Savy Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the Client’s use of the commissioned work or any delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration pursuant to the laws of Jamaica.
12. Acceptance of Terms
The signing of any job order form, invoice approval, email confirmation, or commencement of work shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by both parties. Electronic signatures and approvals shall be considered legally binding.
